Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida is dismissed for failure to comply with this Court's order dated November 15, 2018, and with the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.
Upon consideration of appellee Frances M. Ross d/b/a Stadium Hotel's motion for appellate attorneys' fees against appellants Michael Evante and Joyce Kavanaugh, it is ordered that said motion is conditionally granted to be fixed by the circuit court, subject to that court's consideration of the proposal for settlement.
