On October 12, 2020, after appellant filed a motion for an extension of time to file his brief in cause number 05-20-00590-CR, we extended the time for filing his brief in both appeals to November 9, 2020. In light of this, we DENY appellant's October 19, 2020 motion for an extension in 05-20-00591-CR as moot.
