Order and order as resettled in so far as they direct the receiver to pay plaintiff the balance remaining in his possession, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Kapper, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
