SHERYL MAY RIMAS EUGENIO, Plaintiff, v. JOHNNY BENSON EUGENIO, Defendant.

ORDER RE: KOLASINSKI DECLARATION

RE: DKT. NO. 74

HAYWOOD S. GILLIAM, JR. UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

In response to the Court's order to show cause, Dkt. No. 71, attorney Patrick Kolasinski filed a declaration in support of his attorney's fee request. Dkt. No. 74. This declaration, in paragraph 31, states that “[t]he federal district court for the Central District of California recently approved [his] hourly [of $550/hour] as being reasonable,” but provides no citation. Since Mr. Kolasinski has not otherwise provided proof that $550/hour is the prevailing market rate of attorneys with comparable experience practicing in a similar market and discipline, the Court wants to review the referenced order. As such, the Court DIRECTS Mr. Kolasinski to file on the docket a copy of the order referenced in paragraph 31 (with no additional attorney argument) by July 31, 2024.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
