On October 17, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Set Briefing Schedule on Cross-Appeals pursuant to Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 10.5(b) and 38.6(d). On October 18, 2023, we granted the motion and set out a briefing schedule ordering Appellant/Cross-Appellee's Appellant's Brief due by December 14, 2023. On December 4, 2023, appellant/cross-appellee filed an unopposed motion requesting a thirty-day extension of time to file its brief; the parties also requested we modify the existing briefing schedule based on the extension.
After consideration, the motion is granted, and the briefing schedule is modified as follows:
The Appellant/Cross-Appellee's Appellant's Brief is due by January 16, 2024;
The Appellees/Cross-Appellants' Appellees' Brief and Cross-Appellants' Brief is due by March 18, 2024;
The Appellant/Cross-Appellee's Reply Brief/Cross-Appellee's Brief is due by May 6, 2024; and
The Appellees/Cross-Appellants' Cross-Reply Brief is due by June 5, 2024.
