The Honorable Supreme Court met pursuant to adjournment. The following order was passed:
Upon consideration of the petition for certiorari, the petition is granted, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is vacated, and the case is remanded for reconsideration in light of this Court's decision in Caldwell v. State, 313 Ga. 640 (872 S.E.2d 712) (2022).
All the Justices concur, except Bethel, J., not participating.
