This case was previously scheduled on the Court's May 18, 2020, Chicago, Illinois trial session. Due to COVID-19 concerns, the trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.
On May 2, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that petitioner and IRS Independent Office of Appeals have reached a tentative resolution for this case. We will give the parties additional time to submit a stipulated decision or a joint status report. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before July 1, 2022, the parties shall file either stipulated decision documents or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
