Estinual v. Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Mar 23, 2005
895 So. 2d 1286 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2005)

Opinion

No. 3D04-2243.

March 23, 2005.

An Appeal from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing.

Franceline M. Estinual, in proper person.

Stephen S. Mathues, Tallahassee, for appellee.

Before SHEPHERD and SUAREZ, JJ, and SCHWARTZ, ALAN R., Senior Judge.

Franceline Estinual appeals a Final Order of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing, denying her a Class-D license to be a security guard. Although we are sympathetic to appellant, Ms. Estinual, in this case, we can find no legal error with the agency's decision below which would afford this appellate court the ability to grant her relief.

Affirmed.
