On September 13, 2022, the parties submitted to the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision in each of these consolidated cases. By Order dated September 15, 2022, the Court inadvertently struck the parties' proposed stipulated decisions. On September 29, 2022, the parties filed a Motion to Clarify Order asking the Court to clarify its Order issued September 15, 2022. On October 15, 2022, the Court held a telephone conference call with counsel of record. As discussed during the conference call, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Motion to Clarify Order filed September 29, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that on or before October 12, 2022, the parties shall refile the proposed stipulated decisions as originally proposed by the parties.
