ESTATE OF JEAN L. WALSH, DECEASED, DONOR, ROBERT J. TRAVER, EXECUTOR, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the Court's April 4, 2022 trial calendar for Los Angeles, California. The parties reported later that year that they had settled their tax dispute, but petitioner's litigation elsewhere is still generating deductible administrative expenses. Their uncertain amount necessarily means this case will be going on a while. This case can stay on the status report track, and it is

ORDERED that on or before March 1, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report to describe their progress.
