LANDLORD AND TENANT, § 48termination of lease of deceased lessee. In action for rent against estate of deceased based upon written lease, evidence sustained finding of trial court that executors of estate of deceased had authority to terminate lease subsequent to death of decedent, and that there was such termination, and that same was executed within reasonable time after death of decedent.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. PHILIP J. FINNEGAN, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the April term, 1942.
