This microcaptive-insurance case was on the Court's March 6, 2023 trial calendar for Dallas, Texas and is related to several others on the Court's docket. The parties have settled, and petitioners have provided all requested documents to respondent to finalize the settlement.
The parties believe they will be able to file decision documents in this case the related cases in a couple of months. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before August 23, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress in bringing this case, and those related to it, to a close.
