ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING; NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on December 7, 2012, be modified as follows:

1. On page 2, third full paragraph, first sentence, delete the word “first” and insert the word “prior” in its place.

2. On page 6, first line, delete the word “first” and insert the word “prior” in its place.

This modification does not change the judgment.

Appellants’ petition for rehearing is DENIED.
