The petition filed to commence this case on July 23, 2021, does not bear the original signature of someone authorized to act on petitioner's behalf or the original signature of a practitioner admitted to practice before the Tax Court, as required by the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. By Order served October 27, 2023, the Court directed LaRhonda Michelle Coleman, on or before November 17, 2023, to ratify and affirm the petition filed in this case. Ms. Coleman has not complied with the Court's Order.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which Ms. Coleman shall file a ratification of petition, bearing her original signature (preferably in blue ink), is extended to April 10, 2024. If no such ratification of petition is received by April 10, 2024, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction. Ms. Coleman should note that the ratification of petition may not be filed electronically. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 10, 2024, the parties shall file further status reports concerning the present status of this case.
