This case was stricken from the Court's April 24, 2023, Denver, Colorado trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On July 17, 2023, counsel for petitioner, Nicholas J. Richards and Sabrina L. Strand, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. The Court subsequently directed petitioner Marques Moore to file an objection, if any, to the motion to withdraw as counsel by September 20, 2023. Mr. Moore did not file an objection. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw as counsel is granted and that Nicholas J. Richards and Sabrina L. Strand are hereby withdrawn as counsel for petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
