SHEILA JOANNE MOORE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge

This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's September 18, 2023, Boston, Massachusetts, trial session. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At recall, counsel Yale Yechiel N. Robinson from Northeast Legal Aid, appeared and filed an Entry of Appearance for petitioner. This case does not have a complete administrative file and the parties anticipate on filing a joint motion to remand in which the new settlement officer can acquire missing documentation to supplement the current record and provide petitioner a supplemental hearing. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 18, 2023, the parties shall file an appropriate motion or a status report informing the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
