ORDER

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served April 18, 2022, is modified such that the following paragraphs shall be included in the Order:

"ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion in limine filed March 11, 2020, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that Exhibits 3-P, 4-P, and 5-P are admitted into evidence." It is further

ORDERED that in all other respects the Court's Order served April 18, 2022, remains in full force and effect.
