DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for stay pending appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, except to the extent that enforcement of the order regarding the fine and the legal fees and costs assessed by Surrogate's Court is not stayed pending the appeal. It is noted that the stay is granted, without prejudice to a motion to vacate in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before March 19, 2012.
