ORDER
Immobiliere Jeuness Establishment filed a notice of appeal from the trial court's final judgment. Amegy Bank National Association and Steven J. Pritchard also filed a notice of appeal from the same judgment. The record was filed October 25, 2016. Amegy and Pritchard filed a motion to modify the briefing schedule. The motion has been on file for more than ten days with no response from Immobiliere. The motion is granted. Accordingly, we order the following:
• Immobiliere's opening brief shall be due December 9, 2016;
• Amegy's and Pritchard's opening brief shall be due December 9,
2016;
• Responses to opening briefs from both sides shall be due January 23, 2017; and
• Reply briefs, if any, shall be due February 17, 2017.
The aggregate briefing for each side shall not exceed 27,000 words.
