ORDER

¶1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Stephens and Justices Madsen, Wiggins, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis (Justice Yu sat for Justice Madsen), considered at its January 7, 2020, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 The Petitioner's motion for extension of time to file a petition for review is denied and therefore the petition for review is dismissed as untimely. The request for sanctions contained in the answer to the motion to extend time for petition for review is also denied.
