Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, where the court, Purtill, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and rendered partial summary judgment for the plaintiff; thereafter, the court, J. Walsh, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon; subsequently, the court denied the named defendant's motion to open the judgment, and the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
