Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, where the court, Koletsky, J., granted in part the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and rendered partial summary judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, J. Walsh, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon, from which the defendant John T. O'Reilly appealed to this court. Affirmed.
