Pursuant to the Court's Opinion (T.C. Memo. 2024-11) issued in the above-docketed case on January 31, 2023, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed September 28, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED AND DECIDED that there are deficiencies in income tax in the amounts of $46,846.00 and $23,794.00 due from petitioner for the taxable years 2018 and 2019, respectively; and

There are accuracy-related penalties in the amounts of $9,369.20 and $4,759.80 due from petitioner for the taxable years 2018 and 2019, respectively under the provisions of I.R.C. § 6662(a).
