ORDER

On December 16, 2019, we advised Attorney Debra L. Parker, Appellant's court-appointed appellate counsel, that counsel's amended Anders brief was accepted but counsel was required to send Appellant a form order requesting a copy of the appellate record. See Kelly v. State, 436 S.W.3d 313, 319-20 (Tex. Crim. App. 2014).

On December 23, 2019, counsel filed written proof that she sent a copy of the form order to Appellant. See id. Our December 16, 2019 order is SATISFIED.

If Appellant wishes to file a pro se brief, he must file it with this court by January 22, 2020.
