ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On January 18, 2024, the Court received from petitioner a letter intended to be filed as a petition to commence a new case. However, due to inadvertent error, such letter was filed in this above-captioned prior proceeding at Docket No. 16930-23, which had been closed on December 11, 2023. Since becoming apprised of the error, the Court has uploaded the letter as the petition in a new case opened at Docket No. 1531-24.

Accordingly, the clarify the record herein, it is

ORDERD that the document filed January 18, 2024, at Docket Index No. 10 is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this proceeding at Docket No. 16930-23.
