ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Lubbock, Texas Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on January 16, 2024.

On December 22, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties have reached a resolution on all issues and are awaiting computations. Respondent has requested an additional 60 days in which to submit decision documents or a further status report.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on January 16, 2024, in Lubbock, Texas and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 18, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
