Esfahani v. Esfahani

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Jun 5, 1996
674 So. 2d 216 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1996)

Opinion

Nos. 95-1651, 95-2557.

June 5, 1996.

Consolidated appeals from the Circuit Court for Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Edward Fine, Judge. L.T. Case No. CD 94-3029.

Michael E. O'Connor of Morgan, Carratt and O'Connor, P.A., Ft. Lauderdale, for appellant.

Mitchell B. Luber of Mitchell B. Luber, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellee.

We affirm all issues in this appeal from a judgment of dissolution except we reverse the order awarding attorney's fees to Mitchell Luber because there is no record support for 16.6 hours of services performed after he had withdrawn as counsel, and remand for a reduction of the award to him.

STONE, KLEIN and PARIENTE, JJ.
