Plaintiff-appellant having moved for permission to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 15, 2017, and for reconsideration of the prior orders of this Court which, inter alia, denied plaintiff's motions to vacate the dismissal of the appeal and for other relief (M-3297),
And defendant-respondent having cross moved to dismiss plaintiff's motion and enjoin him from commencing further legal action in this matter without prior Court approval (M-3298),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is
