Following hearing, the Dennis Escobar petitions this Court for a writ of certiorari or, alternatively, for a writ of mandamus. We dismiss the petition for certiorari for lack of jurisdiction pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.100(c). We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
