ROBERTO RODRIGUEZ ESCAMILLA, Appellant, v. RICARDO CADENA, Appellee.

On appeal from the 93rd District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas.

Before Justices Tijerina, Silva, and Peña

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

This cause is before the Court on appellee's third motion for extension of time to file the brief in this matter. The appellee's brief in this matter was originally due on April 5, 2023. Appellee has previously requested and received two extensions of time to file the brief. Appellee is requesting an additional thirty days to file his brief.

The Court, having fully examined and considered the extensions previously granted in this cause, is of the opinion that the appellee's motion for extension of time should be granted in part and denied in part.

Accordingly, we GRANT in part and DENY in part appellee's third motion for extension of time and ORDER appellee to file the brief on or before June 20, 2023. No further extensions will be granted absent new and exigent circumstances.
