On June 23, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw, Ashley N. Minton, as counsel of record for ES NPA. Ms. Minton was previously an associate with Husch Blackwell LLP who entered her appearance and was part of the Husch Blackwell team representing ES NPA in this case. Ms. Minton has since separated from Husch Blackwell LLP and no longer represents ES NPA. Current counsel for ES NPA, Mr. Reschly and Mr. Teeter, are no longer in contact with Ms. Minton and have, therefore, been unable to complete the standard substitution of counsel form that would typically be signed by Ms. Minton. ES NPA respectfully moves this Court to remove Ms. Minton as counsel of record, leaving Mr. Reschly and Mr. Teeter as sole counsel of record for ES NPA.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Ashley N. Minton as counsel of record for ES NPA, is hereby granted.
