ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial on the Court's Washington, D.C. Special Trial Session, scheduled to commence on June 28, 2022. On May 11, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed Motion for Leave to Use Electronic Equipment such as monitors, projector, screen, cable, switches, computer, tablet or other hardware that can output a video signal via HDMI, and software, including trial presentation software.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion For Leave to Use Electronic Equipment is granted, and the above-described equipment may be brought into the South Courtroom, United States Tax Court, 400 Second Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. during the June 28, 2022, Special Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that Phonesavan "Noy" Souvandara and Susan Gudde shall be permitted to deliver and set-up the electronic equipment in the South Courtroom, United States Tax Court, 400 Second Street, N.W, Washington, D.C. on Monday, June 27, 2022, between the hours of 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. It is further

ORDERED that no such equipment shall be used in the Courtroom to take photographs or to make audio recordings without express leave of the Court. Counsel shall be responsible to assure compliance with this Order by their clients, witnesses, and other personnel.
