ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

The Court released its opinion in these cases last year. T.C. Memo. 2021-88. They were of unusual complexity, and the parties have needed an unusual amount of time to draft decision documents. They recently notified the Court that even more time is needed for the parties to finalize the computations and sign decision documents. It is therefore

ORDERED that the parties shall on or before October 31, 2022, submit agreed Rule 155 computations or file a status report describing their progress in doing so.
