Petitioner's motion to take leave of court to extend rendition will be treated by this court as a response to the show cause order of December 8, 2011. The petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed as untimely. See Powell v. Florida Department of Corrections, 727 So.2d 1103 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999).
