The petition of the defendant in error for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 212 Conn. App. 637, 276 A.3d 1022 (2022), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that the trial court had improperly ordered sanctions against the plaintiff in error on the basis of its alleged ex parte communications with an expert witness disclosed by the defendant in error?"
