MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: WHALEN, P.J., SMITH, CENTRA, PERADOTTO, AND LINDLEY, JJ.

An order having been entered on February 18, 2020, granting petitioner-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Elizabeth Ciambrone, as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon the Court's own motion, It is hereby ORDERED that Charles J. Greenberg, Esq., 3840 East Robinson Road, Suite 318, Amherst, New York 14428-2001, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered December 5, 2019, in place and stead of Elizabeth Ciambrone, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Erie County Family Court Clerk provide Charles J. Greenberg, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to May 16, 2022, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
