Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Supplement thereto are hereby treated as a petition for discretionary review of Epps v. State, 875 So. 2d 605 (Fla. 2d DCA 2004) (table). The Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).
