TABORICK EPHRIM, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 265th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. F22-41486, F22-41487, F22-41488

ORDER

DENNISE GARCIA JUSTICE

We REINSTATE this appeal.

On January 24, 2024, we ordered the district clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record in each case containing the bill of costs. On March 12, 2024, we abated these appeals for the trial court to make findings concerning the failure to file the bills of costs. On March 18, 2024, the district clerk filed supplemental clerk's records containing the bills of costs.

Accordingly, we VACATE our order of March 12, 2024, and the trial court need not hold the hearing and make the findings required by that order, and the court reporter need not file the reporter's record required by that order.

Appellant's brief is due THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Jennifer Bennett, Presiding Judge, 265th Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Georgina Ware, Official Court Reporter, 265th Judicial District Court; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
