ORDER GRANTING CITY OF COLLEYVILLE'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Pending before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment [doc. #84] filed by third-party defendant City of Colleyville ("Colleyville") on January 13, 2005. As of the date of this order, there has been no response in opposition to the motion. After careful review of the motion, the Court concludes that it should be and is hereby GRANTED, for the reasons urged therein. Colleyville is immune from the third-party plaintiffs' claim for contribution. See City of San Antonio v. Johnson

It is, therefore, ORDERED that Colleyville's Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby GRANTED. Finding no just reason for delay, the Court hereby DIRECTS the clerk to enter the Rule 54(b) Final Judgment issued separately this same day regarding the claims against Colleyville.
