ORDER

These cases are calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 23, 2022, for cases where Chicago, Illinois is the place of Trial. On April 13, 2022, the parties in these cases filed with the Court at Docket Nos. 5041- 21 and 6672-21, a Joint Motion for Continuance and a Joint Motion to Consolidate.

The parties are working together in an attempt to settle the cases without trial and need additional time to work toward that resolution or a narrowing of the issues for trial. After due consideration and for good cause, it is

ORDERED that parties' Joint Motion for Continuance, filed April 13, 2022, at Docket Nos. 5041-21 and 6672-21 are granted in that these cases are stricken for trial from the May 23, 2022, Chicago, Illinois trial calendar and these cases are continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that parties' Joint Motion to Consolidate Docket Nos. 5041-21 and 6672-21, filed April 13, 2022, is granted in that Docket No. 5041-21 is consolidated for trial, briefing and opinion with Docket No. 6672-21.
