Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the motion to consolidate the appeals, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of appeal No. 533970 and for an extension of time to perfect said appeal is granted, without costs, to the extent that the dismissal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to June 6, 2022, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that appeal No. is removed from the April 2022 term of this Court and appeal Nos. and 533970 shall be heard together. Appellant shall file and serve a supplemental record on appeal and brief in appeal No. 533970 on or before June 6, 2022.
