ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING

It is ordered that the opinion filed on December 1, 2010, be modified as follows:

On page 3, the fourth and fifth sentences of the second paragraph of the Background section are deleted and replaced with the following sentence:

Earlier in the day, Manosa provided money to purchase beer, tequila, and rum.

Appellants’ petition for rehearing is denied.

There is no change in the judgment.
