Whereas, a Pretrial Scheduling Conference has been set for June 10, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Burrell in Courtroom 10 of the above-entitled Court;
Whereas, lead counsel for defendants Express Scripts Inc. ("ESI") and Express Scripts Services Company ("ESSC") has a previously-scheduled hearing in the Circuit Court of Saint Louis County, Missouri on June 10, 2013;
It Is Hereby Stipulated between plaintiff Edward Engquist, and defendants ESI and ESSC, by and through their respective attorneys, that the Pretrial Scheduling Conference now set for June 10, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. be continued to June 24, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
