An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 17, 2022, which granted plaintiff-respondent's motion to stay arbitration, and denied defendants-appellants' cross-motion to compel arbitration and stay the action, And defendants-appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings in Supreme Court pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on condition the appeal is perfected for the September 2022 Term of this Court.
