Defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 19, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated August 21, 2017, is vacated.
