EMERSON v. AUTO WAREHOUSING CO.
Sua sponte, relator ordered to show cause within seven days why this cause should not be dismissed as to respondent FBI in light of the May 24, 2023 order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Western Division, in Emerson v. Auto Warehousing Co., case No. 3:23-cv-541.
The stay in this case is lifted, and the case shall proceed before this court. Relator shall file a response, if any, to the motions to dismiss of respondents Auto Warehousing Company, Mercy St. Charles Hospital, and Premier Bank and Manager within ten days.
