It is Ordered that the motion of the appellant is granted, without opposition. The appellant shall perfect its appeal by no later than the May 2016 term - the filing deadline is March 8, 2016. In the event of the appellant's failure to perfect its appeal within the foregoing time period, tenant-respondent may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
