This judgment is affirmed upon authority of State ex rel. Dixie Inn v. City of Miami, 156 Fla. 784, 24 So.2d 705, 163 A.L.R. 577, and City of Miami Beach et al. v. State ex rel., 145 Fla. 716, 200 So. 213. The pertinent part of the latter case was not overruled in City of Miami v. Kichinko, 156 Fla. 128, 22 So.2d 627.

Affirmed.
