By Order dated August 15, 2023, docket entry 46, the Court set this case for Pretrial Conference, at the Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court, beginning on Monday, November 27, 2023, at a time and date certain of 10 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
On November 9, 2023, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties during which time the parties agreed to file a Stipulation of Facts on or before November 20, 2023.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court until further notice. It is further
ORDERED that this case is stricken for Pretrial Conference, at the November 27, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court, at a time and date certain of 10 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, and this case is continued. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
