This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Charleston, West Virginia, is the place of trial.

On March 21, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision resolving this case. However, the caption of this case, as reflected on that decision, fails to include the letter 'S' after the docket No. Accordingly, the Court will strike the parties' proposed stipulated decision.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed March 21, 2022, at Docket Index No. 11, is hereby stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 7, 2022, the parties shall file a revised signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report in this case.
